David M. Cole:
Mr. Cole is a 1984 graduate from Colorado School
of Mines in Golden, Colorado with a Masters Degree
in Geology. Mr. Cole has worked at various positions
for Texaco and Amoco in exploration and development
programs until he left Amoco in 1997 to help form
Onca Petroleum where he managed an exploration program
in Guatemala. After Onca Petroleum was sold in 2001,
Mr. Cole worked with numerous small independent companies
in an advisory and consulting capacity helping these
companies develop and expand their producing properties
and acquiring his own properties. Mr. Cole is the
founder and managing partner of Stanotex, LLC.
Albert J. McMullin:
Mr. McMullin is a 1979 graduate of the University
of Texas at Austin with a degree in business and communications.
Mr. McMullin has worked in as a manager various capacities
for several major oil companies (Exxon, Arco and Delhi
Gas Pipeline) in Houston until 1992 when he joined
HarCor Energy as Vice President of Land and Exploration.
After selling HarCor Energy w in 1999, Mr. McMullin
was a partner in several other private energy investments.
Mr. McMullin has acted an energy fund equity investments
manager and currently consults on the management of
the energy investments and energy clients for Starlight
Capital. Mr. McMullin is a founder and partner of
Stanotex LLC.
Mark A. Leonard:
Mr. Leonard is a 1980 graduate of Texas A&M University
with a bachelor’s degree in business. Mr. Leonard
has worked as an accounting manager for several oil
and gas companies including Ashland Exploration, Pogo
Producing and Esenjay Exploration. Mr. Leonard currently
is principle of MKL Energy Consulting LLC, an auditing
and energy consulting firm. He has also been President
of the Petroleum Accountants Society of Houston. Mr.
Leonard is a founder and partner in Stanotex LLC.
