in 1996 by three partners, with a combined total of
over 75 years of experience in the oil fields. Their
goal has been to create opportunity for themselves
and investors in and around proven oil and gas fields
in historically producing areas of the state.
Purchasing distressed operations with new drilling
potential as well as buying out over leveraged operators
are the cores of the Company’s business plan.
Then by providing more cost effective operations and
expanding drilling operations in and around producing
fields allows Stanotex to pursue better opportunities
than those that have been available to investors in
recent years.
